Hi, emails were sent out regarding the bank change, they now have a minimum payout of £10 on all UK accounts. Your balance is below £10, once above the minimum funds will be sent.

Oh I thought I had 27 credits is that below £10 Gbp then have the percentages gone up too ? Thank you x

Hi, 27 credits was the aw account balance, nothing to do with pay. There is no connection between the aw account balance and your pay.

Your loan was paid off on the 23rd, there is a payment due on your account today.

Each time you are paid you will notice no credits are transferred, and if they are the amounts wont match up (as there is no connection).
