incorrect pay

Hello,

just checked my pay today, and seem to be underpaid, not sure if you saw that I had:

17/09/2013 19:04 Credit DirectCam Offer #1 (43071) 10 mins - pussyjuicy

at 25 credits not accounted for. it does not appear in credit activity only credit statement. please can you let me know when I will receive this?

Hi, if its a special show and it doesnt appear in the turnover page then AW will be refunding it as it usually means you didnt complete the show.

Eg, 10 min special show, you do 5 mins and client leaves, he will then get a refund after a few days or when he asks.

If the client doesnt get refunded we can pay out on the cred, will only know after a few days though and if after a few day he does get a refund we would then take them off the account balance again.
