C4S email notifcations of sales not coming through.

Hi Admin! The last email that I had come through showing me I'd made a sale was on the 7th, but I logged into my account today and there's been a few sales since then that I wasn't notified of.

I mention it because I'm not sure if you just count up the figures in the emails or if you log into the admin interface.

Hiya, was just about to make a new forum post - my c4s seems to be doing the same thing, no email notifications coming through xx

Hi, should have a fix for tomorrow, the email comes through to the @dailypayservice.com address (I still get the emails) but doesnt appear to forward it further.

We have 2 accounts that use a gmail forwarder and these also appear to have stopped working.

Ah great, as long as you're still receiving them. I remember before when I wasn't using DP that once emails stopped coming through for a few days, so we need to watch out. I love getting the emails, however I was pleasantly surprised when I logged in and saw I'd made a little bit of money (I've only filmed one video in about 4 months so...). xxx

Hi, emails come through to the first email address, the @dailypayservice.com one, then dont forward, the @dailypayservice.com one services alot of emails and we would be unable to run the service from that email address without great difficulty. The best option I have is to set all c4s accounts to Monday payout only (think 90% are already set to this) then change the email addresses back to the members personal account so you's always get the emails then we login to each account each week and get for sales.

This option in theory would work well.

Hiya, so do we get paid C4S combined with Adultwork earnings or just on a Monday now? I think I should've received a payment over the weekend just for content sales if the two are combined but nothing yet, thanks x

Hi, account can be set up to work both ways. Normally your c4s gets added to aw earnings but we can keep them separate if you wish.

Still don't seem to be getting any emails. Sorry to be a pain, it's just I can't figure out who bought which clip without the emails - I know in the email address it's half blanked out but I can usually figure it out if it's a members I recognise. Thanks x
