Changing payment method from payoneer card to bank account

Sorry for posting this again...not sure if doing right or in the right section as not had any response yet....I need to change my payment method and not too sure how to go about it or how long it takes to process as I have time constraints to change it...any help would be appreciated greatly...I want to be paid into my uk bank account,
