EXTREMELY URGENT, MY MONEY IS MISSING!!!

I asked to be released from your group today since i couldn't get payoneer to work for me. I never asked for any transfers of my money and today when i check into my credits page- i had no credits!! You transfered all my money on the 7th (i seriously didnt ask for a transfer) I need my money to feed my baby and and to pay the electricity!! Please, could you PLEASE send my money back to my adultwork account so i can get adultwork to send me my money via check?

Hi, group transfers occur 1-2 times a week without you asking as they have no relation to pay.

In your case you joined and had no payee details on the account so the group transfers got done as normal but the funds in our system could never be sent anywhere.

Nothing to worry about at all.

We would need to re-add you the group in order to cancel the transfer.
