Hi everyone I have just signed up for dailypay so I'm waiting for that to go through.
My biggest issue seems to be adultwork itself. I have paid for a featured day and not only does my phone symbol appear to be greyed out (not green) on the featured page - It only seems says I am available when you go to my page directly - but customers have been unable to get through to me at all when they call.
I have messaged AW several times today but to no avail obviously I'm absolutely gutted because I've lost out on not only paying for a featured listing but I am making zero business from calls when they can't get through to me, this is my first day on the phones too. I've just been sat around all afternoon for nothing and won't be back on phones until tonight assuming it works at all.
I find it frustrating because AW are quick enough to call me up on my mistakes in the past but I can't get reply from them at all.
Has anyone had this or a similar issue with Adultwork before?

In follow up they have replied seemingly without reading my previous messages properly and giving stock answers like "tell us if problem persists" and "make sure I am answering my phone within 30 seconds" - I would if my phone actually rang my end, all other calls come through fine other than adultwork and it's persisted all day hence numerous emails to them. They always reply like this and never address the issues properly. So bloody angry with them.

Hi, AW can be quite elusive when it comes to questions regarding directchat. I have heard of other cases in which the members has tech issues with directchat but no one is able to figure it out.
