Not Urgent but if you could check my last few days of pay

Posting this here for you to look at whenever you get the chance as it really isn't urgent and could be me working things out wrong as it gets a bit complicated for me when I try to work out how much to take off for direct chat positioning and stuff but the pay I received today seemed a little lower than I expected.. not by a huge amount, I wonder if the 10 credit tip I received was included or not? I'm also unsure about the pay I received on Sunday. If you could please double check them.. they are more than likely right and I have probably worked it out wrong myself but would appreciate it all the same. Thanks a lot

Hi, directchat rate on the account at current is 15.10%. To lower this rate you would increase your price.

8th checked: slight overpayment £1-2 roughly.
9th checked: overpayment by £5
10th checked: difference of £2.29 added to your balance.

Didn't realize the direct chat fee was based on the price I set, I thought it was based on duration of call so I've been working things out wrong all this time it seems!

Hi, you could probably work it out from the duration some how but the way we do it is:

11/02/2014 10:13 Debit DirectChat (1248431) Facility Fee, with ********** -0.90
11/02/2014 10:13 Credit DirectChat (1248431) with ********* 5.91


0.90 is the directchat fee, 5.91 is the gross profit. To find out what 0.90 is of 5.91 you can enter the two numbers on this page:

Use the middle line "is what percent of"

So it should read "0.90 is what percent of 5.91"

It will give the answer 15.22%

We generally round the number down to give you an overpayment each day.
