My aw account is - amyfoxxy
and I havent received any pay since I have 21st. Thats the day i got accepted. I am not sure whats going on but payoneer says they ahvent received any money at all. I would want to cancel myself from dailypay. Please help me out ASAP. Very anxious to know why I havent received any emails at all regarding my complaint . I know you are doing a great job but somehow its not working well with me. I hope u guys will reply to me asap.!

Hi 21st was 4 days ago. You were still in the starting process. Payoneer will of said they havent got anything because we havent sent anything, the "first pay sent" email wasnt even sent.
First pay was due today.
No response via email possibly due to you expecting a reply far too quickly, big major companies may be able to reply same day everyday but I am one person with well over 1200 members and around 800+ emails per day to process. (only 20% ever get opened)

ps, one email would of got a faster reply, multiple emails take longer to reply to as we have to set aside enough time to read and reply to all the emails you have sent were as one short email could possibly get replied to alot quicker. Also not sure it can be classed as a compliant as nothing was ever wrong.

Okt hank you Admin. I didn;t know it was very few members taking care of everything I am glad you cleared the things out for me. But I would sincerely ask you to cancel my account from dailypay. Because my bank is having so issues and i am thinking of getting my money from AW from cheques like i used to. Thanks a lot for the prompt reply.

Hi, account released in previous message. Message also sent to AW to delete that transfer, I should of checked there was no pending transfers before releasing the account sorry.
