URGENT Account deactivated CREDITS REMAINING.

Hi there,

my account seems to have been deactivated and when I try to reactivate it it says "Either the nickname and password you supplied are invalid or an account does exist with these credentials but it is not valid for reactivating."

Please help. I also had credits on my account that I will now be stuck.
