Account de-activated, relevant documents sent 2 weeks ago.

Hello there,

my account was de-activated 2 weeks ago as I hadn't sent in a picture of myself with my AW ID and my passport. I sent this in straight away 2 weeks ago but have heard nothing back via email and my account is still de-activated.

Could someone please help me as AW is my main source of income.
