Not paid since July--- URGENT

I sent a ticket, but I know that they are often over looked. This is absolutely urgent as I have not been paid since July 22nd but my money has been removed from my adultwork account. Someone get in contact with me to address this issue.

Hi, replied to ticket. Account had just went inactive. Happens once in a blue moon but it only takes a few seconds to click activate on it again on our side.

I tried to reply to the ticket but wouldn't work. Thank you for fixing this immediately.

This active status should be something that we are told about. It should be understandable that we get upset seeing our money go away but not given to us.

For the future how many days between shifts are we considered inactive, so that we can contact you in advance.

Hi, when an account goes inactive our system stops calculating its payments each day. Yours has most likely (exact reason unknown as it was so long ago) went inactive during a switch when a dedicated employee took over a large section of the pay process. Its not something we are able to see/notice until the member mentions no pay, usually the next day but in this case its been a while.

I will re-calculate earnings now with no fee and send in a moment, as its past 5pm and the banks are closed it may only arrive tomorrow.
