Anyone else had no pay today?

I know its bank holiday etc so probably takes longer if staff are off etc but has anyone else not been paid or is it just me? Just worried as planned night out tonight and need that money or Il have to borrow off someone if I can if iv not received pay by 8pm.

Hi, thanks for pointing this out, pay was sent on time and correctly but it was sent from a bank that doesnt process the payments on bank holidays sorry.

I have cancelled these payments and re-sent them through our other bank, payments should be arriving shortly or should be in already.

Me too, I've got 34 sitting in my AW account and it has been for 3 days and I still havent recieved it.

Hi, 34 is the AW balance and has no meaning or connection to anything.

Credits are taken away once per week, usually on a Tuesday night.

The 34 comes from a sale item on the 15/03/2015 as seen here http://www.adultwork.com/CreditsTurnover.asp?GE=0 (30 sale item and 2 delivery earnings, the other 2 credits to make up the 34 listed is from picture earnings on the 3rd).

As this was sold on the 15th March, you were then paid £19.20 on the 16th March (dailypay, pay next day)(30 - 36% = £19.20).

AW list the sale item earnings instantly when sold but only put the credits on the AW statement page/AW balance 7 days after being marked as sent.

Once they do this they then also list the delivery earnings, eg 01/04/2015 13:13 line on your statement page.

As these earnings come in on the 1st April they were then added to your balance on the 2nd April (min payout is £10 so they rollover until above the min and then get sent).

You were successfully paid on the 16th March on time
