Wrong Payout Received (Streamate). No Reply from Email??

Hi. I was sent an unrequested payout by DailyPay for my special account on Streamate with you, I attempted to contact dailypay through email to stop the payment, but I didn't receive a response. I emailed from my account kimmy 4 u xoxo @ gmail.com . Also the percentage wasn't corrected (the previous payouts (I sent payout requests for) were correct though). Hi, replied to email, no reply sent as it was only received 6 hours ago, 7 days is our normal response time for emails.

I have let the employee know it was done incorrectly.
