Hi Admin
I did send the following message to you via email on 16th July, but have still not received a reply. As I had a different query resolved on here this morning very quickly, I thought I would post the message I sent you on the 16th here now, to see if someone can assist please. Here is a copy of the message I sent to you regarding a small amount of missing money which should have been earned on the 15th July and deposited on the 16th:
Hello
Just a quick email as my pay today (the 16th July) seems to be short by nearly £10. I earned 76.46 in credits yesterday (15th July) and spent 6.04 credits on positioning. After the fees, I work out that £42.60 should have been paid into my account, but I have only received £33.27
Please can someone check on this for me please and respond asap, as the last few days have been quiet on cams, and as always, bills need paying, so every penny really does matter at the moment!
Many thanks
Sultry Shelley

Re: Pay short by a small amount please help
Hi, amount earned 76.46
Expenses: 20.39
76.46 - 20.39 = 56.07, - 41% = £33.08.
Slight overpayment.
The expense you may of missed was:
15/07/2015 14:34 Debit Manual Escrow: DirectCam - A***********14 -14.35
Which is possibly a refund, but only AW will know.
Thanks

Hi
Thanks for your reply.
Yes, I had not allowed for the 14.35 debit. Looking through my history, this seems to be a refund for a direct cam session that took place earlier that day. I am not sure why this would be though, as as it was a direct cam session and nothing pre-booked, there is no question that the session took place and that payment should therefore have been made for it. I do not underatand why it has been refunded, as this effectively means I did the session for free.
If it is a chargeback for unauthorised credit card use or something similar on his part, then I was under the impression that the Daily Pay group covered me in case of this happening so that I would not lose out - indeed, it was one of the reasons that I opted to join this group in the first place, as I liked the idea of being covered against potential chargebacks.
Please can someone advise further, as the thought of not being paid for cam sessions that have taken place in good faith is not easy to swallow!
Any help much appreciated.
Many thanks

Hi, sometimes these things happen in business. Only way to know for sure what happened is to ask AW though, manual escrow covers a broad number of things.
We use to cover refunds around 1-2 years ago but it couldnt be sustained in the business model sorry.
Thanks
