Hi Admin
Please could you explain why credits have been taken from my account (last night) for no apparent reason? I have a minimum credit level set on my account as I need it for featuring. I really need an answer to this please - it's not the first time that credits have been taken out without an obvious reason?
I messaged you on Skype and haven't received a response as yet.
Thanks
Sonia

Hi, group transfer occurred which takes credits from all accounts on auto dailypay, the "leave 10 credits on account" is active but the balance bounces up and down past the £0.00 mark which means the system is unable to leave 10 full credits as expected. Eg if you owe us money after spending credits we paid you for the system will attempt to retrieve those (as expected).
For example, on the 6th Feb 2015 we paid out on all credits on the account, but on the 6th Feb 2015 you spent those credits, effectively spending credits that arent yours. Which is ok as alot of members will do this for featuring etc, but on your account no real work was done again after this to keep the balance of credits high for the system to run smoothly.
Last night the "keep 10 credits on account" did activate leaving 8.90 (gets as close to £10 as possible, if possible), if it wasnt on the system would of took everything.
Balance on account is £3.48 at current.
I have changed the settings so that credits wont be taken on any of the group transfers going forward.
Thanks for letting us know.
Regards

OK thanks - I'm not sure I do owe you any money and there have been times that I've had a higher balance and nothing has been taken (which I would have expected, if I did owe something) - it all seems a bit random, but then I guess you know your system better than I do! I don't cam very often nowadays so perhaps you could reply to my email or Skype messages to advise how much you think I owe you, then we can get it settled and I can leave the DP group?
Thanks
Thanks

Hi, account released as requested.
A balance can go into negative via this:
On the 1st, you earn 20 credits via webcam booking.
On the 2nd £12.80 paid to your bank. Meaning you have now been paid for those 20 credits but they are still on your credit balance on AW.
On the 2nd you then spend 20 credits on featuring.
Then finally on the 3rd your balance goes negative 20 credit (-£12.80).
None of this matters if the performer works on the account regularly.
Thanks
