Emailing DailyPay

I sent an email a week or so ago about my daily pay acc. I got a reply on Saturday and immediately replied to the email. I'm still waiting for a response from that email and I'm a little concerned my request won't be put forward.

Any help would be appreciated, with regards to the matter.

Naturally, I don't wish to post the contents of my emails on here, as they are naturally confidential
