Haven't received payment

Hi, didn't receive a payment 16/9 I seem to be the only one so a bit worried as had no response from my email either

As well as posting here I've emailed and skyped and still don't know why I wasn't paid yesterday or yodsy, I realise it's still early for today but I've usually received it by now

Others have been paid, which is frustrating as that means someone has been in and either not checked emails or not acknowledged them

Hi, Katielovett , vouchers come in via email so they are dependent on email response times, average response time is 7days via email sorry, no way around this for the particular system you are on sorry. Nearly all requests done within 24hours and since no one else would offer what we offer I think thats pretty good

I'm still waiting for pay from adultwork, I know it's still early but a friend has been paid already.

Hi, funds sent at 11:14:28 this morning.

Payouts start at 1am each day and finish around 5pm each day, its quite possible that your friend may be paid hours before yours is sent sorry.

But always best to check in with us if you think something is up.
