Waiting on payment from 19th + no payment for video watched?

Ive emailed DP but no reply and their Skype is offline.

I did a call on the 19th which earned me 13.15 credits but its not been paid into my account.

Also, I have videos on my profile and a customer says he has watched one but I dont see the payment for the video in my credit history? If they can stream it in their browser from AW do they watch it for free or?

There is a way clients can watch for free they earn free credit things I'm not 100% sure on what they are or how they earn them ....

As for your earnings is it 13.15 you earnt ? Or 13.15 after the 41% is taken ?

DAMMIT, Im gonna have to delete all my vids and reupload in avi so they cant do that! I dont put vids up for free! ARGH

13.15 credits to be paid to me by DP.

I don't think it matters how you upload them there is a way SOME clients can watch for free I had the same confusion when I first started on aw

I get the same. A customer will mention that he has just watched my video and I think "great, sold a clip" and then go to check out which one sold and there is nothing there. Bit of a shame that there is a way that some people can watch for free as I too wasn't aware of that when I first started uploading them.

It's called a free preview they must get them if they purchase so many credits

For the none payment, it was under the min, 13.15 roughly equals £7.75 for directcam.
