Pay short today

Sorry to bother you but just a quick message as pay is short today by about £26 based on income shown on my credits history page.

Think what has happened is I have not been paid for a special offer that was purchase at 3.05am on the 20th. In this case the customers webcam cut out before the session had taken place but after it had debited him and credited funds to me. The credits have been added to my account though and customer is happy to have a free skype session in the future, rather than go through the process of requesting a refund.

Therefore as it seems it is this transaction that has been missed from my transfer I would be grateful if the funds could be sent over for me please, as otherwise I won't have received any funds for the skype session we have agreed to do. Also, even if he changes his mind and requests a refund instead, I am presuming the funds would be debited from my history page at a future date and would then be deducted from a payment to me, so it would be nice to make sure they are actually paid to me in the first place so that I don't lose out if a refund is subsequently made (which I don't expect to happen as he is a regular so I do trust his word when he says he is happy for Skype).

If you could look into this and adjust my payment accordingly I would appreciate it. As at present the funds have been credited to me by A/W but not paid to me by you.

Sorry to be a pain, as I know you are really busy with the vat refunds etc, but was just hoping someone from admin could check on this for me please? Just don't want it to get overlooked as have my sons birthday this weekend and the funds are really needed to go towards this.

Hi, funds sent. The refund can be automatic by the system or happen months down the line by the client. The turnover page shows credits earned, if they werent earned they dont show and are supposed to be refunded as you mention. If refunded they dont come off your pay as they were never paid out on.

Anytime this crops up let us know and we can forward them onto you and as you probably expect, if they are refunded they have to come off the balance again sorry.

If the client is a reg make sure he doesnt buy that special offer again as he will then be paying nothing and will get a free session.

Thank you so much for the reply, funds and also the advice on not to let the client buy the same offer again - I wasn't aware of that, so thank you for pointing it out. Yes, of course, would fully expect if the funds do ever happen to be refunded that they will then be deducted from me. Thank you for your help in sorting this out.

Yes, the birthday was fab, thank you! One 9 year old very happy with a Minecraft Lego set and also boasting rights that given the clocks went back on his birthday, he got 25 hours of birthday, as opposed to the rest of us mere mortals who only get 24 hours - a very big deal when you are 9, I can assure you !

Hi, epic, I would of loved that at 9, I think I only got standard lego back then, few weeks til the big 30 for me, wish I was getting the extra hour, very jealous
