Daft question about MFc on request payout

Sorry to bother you, but I have a silly question regarding MFC on request payout.

When I click the link to the payout request form, it asks for my username. I was just wondering, is that my user name that I am signed up to you with (sultryshelley) or my username as registered on MFC (cosplaybunny).

I was going to pop through a transfer request for todays earnings you see, but wasn't sure which user name I needed to put!
