Issues Signing Up

I was wondering about how long it takes to sign up for daily pay. I began filling out forums October 25th, and have emailed support a few times since then. Does it usually take a couple weeks to process?
Ideally, I would like to sign up with Streamate. I closed my previous account and am awaiting approval here.

Hi, few weeks is un-usual during normal times sorry.

We have high levels of demand for service and people trying to join which can cause unexpected spikes in processing times sorry.

I have replied to the application for you.
