Today i got email from DP

"Hi, unfortunately AW dont allow us to accept members from your country sorry.

Thanks"

And its strange that it says - EASTERN EUROPE is banned.. and my country LATVIA is from Northern Europe

Why Latvia is banned.. cos they already disabled SEPA Credits(ESP) to LATVIAN BANKS... and now DP cant add NORTHERN EUROPE country.. its like we only have left PAXUM and PAYOONEER to withdraw. nuts...

Anyone can answer why Latvia is in blacklist and what is best methotds to withdraw money
