Imlive sub host agreement Please sign

I originally sent in my registration for Imlive back in Nov. My account is still in processing. I have sent emails and tickets with a screen cap of the message I'm getting. I can't continue with the process until the sub host agreement is signed by you guys. I would greatly appreciate this!
