New Account Still Not Added?!

Hi guys
I referred my friend around 3 weeks ago ZaraDevonshore on AW she completed all forms etc and has chased but was told it would be completed and you'd be in touch. That was around a week ago and still nothing. Please kindly advise if there is a problem?
