I've sent 3 MFC payout requests since the 24th and still recieved nothing despite emails, forum posts and tickets. I know Colin is away but surely other employees aren't just ignoring us?

Hi, I'm trying to get payout sent for my C4S studio PennyHume. I sent a request on Aug 18th with no response. Tried to send another today but it was rejected, saying that the mailbox is full. I really need access to this money so if you could send it asap I would be very appreciative. Thank you!
