My account has been deleted after 2 years. HELP!

I've just had an email through saying my account/profile has been completely deleted with a list of 'potential' reasons.
I'm absolutely frantic as this is my full time job and I have no idea whatsoever why this has been deleted. I've been a member for two years. Haven't changed anything on my profile apart from the odd pictures. If there's a problem with my account why am I not warned so I can make any essential changes.
PLEASE CAN YOU HELP ME WITH THIS ASAP.
I have a little boy and this is our only source of income.
