Payment setup MESS! HELP!

Hello, I just joined Adultwork and my payment setup is a mess. I was going to use payoneer but they said it would be 2 weeks before they could even clear approval of my account. I want Direct Deposit and now i don't know which form to fill out. When i first joined, I clicked bank transfer, It never prompted me for any of my bank info, so then being impatient (sorry) I clicked payoneer, and filled that one out. Now I am in a mess, I need to know a simple way to set my account to Bank Transfer Direct Deposit and leave it that way (For Good) Please help!
