Quick update on rates

Hi, as some may know, we tried to do 34% rates on SM for payoneer members, capital was cut in half within weeks so that became unsustainable. We changed the rate to 33% and capital was cut by a further 25%, leaving us with very low capital.

If capital becomes $0.00 then the service stops as it has run out of money.

Rates will be changed to 31% to try and increase capital again to make the system more stable. After which we will try 32%.

30% is still our advertised rate so anything above that is just coming out of our pockets.

Just wanted to say that this increase has not gone unnoticed or under appreciated. I appreciated it greatly, especially over the holidays (and my bday which was jan 7th!) so many days because of the increase I was able to take out an extra $20 (the ATM I use is multiples of 20, have no choice because it is the lowest fee.) I pay $5 for instant load, and another $3 per ATM transaction (adding an extra 10 cents per $10) so my fees stack up. The increase made a huge difference to me, and it was so generous of you guys at DailyPay. Thankyou.

I spoke with my boyfriend about it in the beginning and we did not understand how profit would turn out on your end, so I could have assumed that this would be the result. Though, it lasted long enough for me. I am still appreciative of 31%, I agreed to 30%, so anything extra is indeed a gift. With all the fees I am paying per load, even 1% increase helps me out with that. So thankyou, I just wanted to let you know that your generosity has made an impact on at least one model (and I'm sure many others)
