Already verified but cannot access

Hi

I'm already a verified member. I'm trying to update my profile but it says I need to go through the verification process because I accessed from a country which has a lot of non genuine profiles. This is because my boyfriend accessed my profile from his home country.

Is there a way to stop this or am I going to have to go through the verification process every time he logs into my account?
