Admin change of payment method

Hi Admin I requested to change my payment method from payoneer to bank transfer again. I was sent the appropriate form which I filled in. But since then my last 2 payments have still been made onto the payoneer card. Just wondering if for some reason my payments details weren't received? Angel xxx
