I can not log in to my account please help

Hi I have been on aw for 2 years and never had any problems I have just tried to log into my account and it says no user name found or wrong password.i tried searching my user name and I could not find my profile I've cheeked my email to see if adult work have messaged me but nothing. I relay on this as my full time job I have a little boy to support I am realy worried please can someone help thanks
