switching from Internet Modeling Agency to Streamate

so iv been a model with IM for a few years now, im trying to switch to SM, obviously all you guys know its tricky lol my mother in law managed to do it without the wait by sending sm a message to permanently deleting her acct then be notified when done. once she got the email she immediately reapplied with new email and screen name and it worked. but I tried it just like her recently and it didn't work. so does anybody know how exactly it can be done?
