cam box been unticked

Hi
After briefly changing to service seeker i have been unable to webcam for the last 5 days as it wont let me tick the webcamming box as it says i have to verify even though i have .This happened to me before and you sorted it out for me,would be grateful if you could do it again for me as desperately need to work and haven't been able to .

waiting for admin to get back to me .Had this problem before when adultwork went down it did the same.I have not accessed from another country so dont get the issue ?
