I can`t change my services on Adultwork

Dear Admin,
I keep trying to add webcam services on my AW profile but the system says I am not permitted my services offered at this time.
I only got automated emails saying I had to contact sweetkicklimited.com. I sent them emails but no reply yet.
Can a real person help me what I need to do in order to get permission to add webcam services?
I`m a verified member in the UK.
