hi, i still get this message when i try to log in on justcamit

Server Status : Connecting to Server, wait....
Server Status : banned - 1 week ban, next time I see you faking cam problems your profile will be removed
Server Status : Cannot Connect to Server

i cant log in still. My account page on adultwork is the same as before and doesn't show this. I dont know what to do.

I didn't have my cam not working on purpose like they said, why would i? i've been on there years and my feedback shows people are happy with my service. I just brought a new cam recently and had problems with it being too bright and too dark in certain situations. At times it looked ok my end but people were saying they couldn't see. I have now brought a new cam which looks fine. I think it is very unfair of them to do this to me considering i have been a member since 2007. It was not intentional and i was trying my best to fix it at each time. I can't help technical problems and banning me for that is crazy surely considering i nearly 2000 pos feedbacks.

please can you help me as i need to work, it is my main source of income.

Screengrab doesnt seem to copy videochat webpage. I can take a photo of it with my camera when i am home tomorrow.

Please can you tell them its a problem logging into justcamit i have. I can log into the main site fine and it doesnt show anything about a ban. But they have blocked me from logging into directcam.

Just noticed first posts in this thread are really old. I'm just getting error message "cannot connect to server". Is anyone else able to log in??
