Why do daily pay take all day to reply to your email and if you email them more than once they message you saying they might have to hand out a email ban I'm so confused

Hi, 1 worker here, over 1500+ members, hundreds upon hundreds of emails everyday (not just your email with me sitting twiddling my thumbs), alot of duplicates etc that slow the system down for everyone.

We are willing to ban one member for the good of the whole system. People can not be allowed to abuse the system sorry.

Only around 25% of emails ever get a reply and normal response time is 7 days. You are doing very well at the moment. We have ten of thousands of emails that have never got a response from us, its simply not possible to reply to everyone. And I already work every waking hour of the day.
