MY PROFILE WAS REMOVED ON ADULTWORK FOR MO REASON !

I can't believe I try to get from day before and then full days to sit on email and I keep email to adultwork 10 time and I don't get any answer I have my profile on about 2 year now I never do anything wrong even on my profile and picture I have always real they can see from my verified I am real and I don't do webcam because I need for this wifi which I have only ipad can't make this... I put there credit just day before they removed my profile with no REASON and pay my future I don't get any answer why they delete my profile I am sure I don't do anything wrong omg I am down what should I do now they never answer and I need my profile back as asap

Hi, what method do you use to contact AW? If you never get an answer you may not be contacting them properly. When you say email do you mean message via the site? as AW dont have an email address.
