Not had first pay yet am worrying

I'm new to all this and was told i would be paid yesterday and didnt recieve anything into my bank account. I have sent a cpl of emails and not had a reply. Im worrying cos im new to al this could someone please help

I'm new as well and haven't been paid yet but I do know that people are on holiday at the moment so will probably hear something soon
