missing pay?

Hi.

There was an issue with my pay the other day where it was transferred by mistake then rectified (by you). However it hasn't shown in my bank account or my aw account and I have only received 50 into my account which was yesterday. I've emailed but had no reply.

Can someone please let me know what's happening?
