Possible Payoneer delay

Hi all. Payoneer is having some problems it appears with the partner login screen, which is here https://partners.payoneer.com/WebApps/Admin/Login.aspx

I will keep trying to login to the master account and get funds sent.

On the rare chance we do happen to login when we send a payment it fails.
