Hello Admin
Sorry to bother you again (after months and months of everything runnng smoothly, I seem to have had the unfortunate luck of having to contact you 3 times this week - so sorry for the extra work that this is causing to you!)
Unfortunately my pay is short today by £14.71.
I have manually gone through the credts history page and added on every cam session and then deducted all featuring and the 41%. I did not go from the turnover summary page as I usually do, as I had a regular customer purchase a special offer 20 minute session, but he left after 8 and a half minutes due to his internet cutting out. The session was 50 credits, but only the 8.5 minutes that he was in for seemed to reflect on the turnover page and in the justcammit window (so less than half what was actually paid for the session), hence why I manually added up all the figures. It is reflected as the full 50 credits on the credits history page. If you have gone from the turnover page then I guess this may be why my actual pay is lower than it should be as you will not have accounted for around 28 credits worth of payment?
The man in question is a regular of mine who usually tips and he came back to see me for a full session a few hours later - you can see this on my credits history page. I will not name him on here for obvious reasons, but if you look at my credits history page, he is the only person who bought special offer sessions on the 26th, so you should find the transactions quite easily! During this session he apologised for leaving early and said he did not wish to be refunded for the missing time from the last session, he would just not tip instead. Therefore there has been no a/w refund and no refund for me to make to him and so the remainder of this 50 credit payment should be transferred to me I believe, as it is currently making up part of my available balance on a/w but I don't seem to have received payment for it.
To make things a little easier for you to work out (I hope, as it is confusing!) On the 26th, after manually going through the figures and adding every single cam session up, I made 359.56 credits. I then spent 10.03 on positioning, which leaves a net amount of 349.53. When the 41% is deducted, this leaves a figure due to me of £206.22. I have only received £191.51. So this leaves £14.71 outstanding and due to me.
Again, so sorry to be a pain. Things have run so well recently and before last week, I hadn't had to contact you for ages! I guess it is a case of all things coming in threes! But this is the 3rd problem, so hopefully things will be smooth sailing again after this!
If you can check, confirm and get back to me on this I would be very grateful as always.
Many thanks
