Pay short today

Sorry to bother you but just a quick message as pay is short today by about £26 based on income shown on my credits history page.
Think what has happened is I have not been paid for a special offer that was purchase at 3.05am on the 20th. In this case the customers webcam cut out before the session had taken place but after it had debited him and credited funds to me. The credits have been added to my account though and customer is happy to have a free skype session in the future, rather than go through the process of requesting a refund.
Therefore as it seems it is this transaction that has been missed from my transfer I would be grateful if the funds could be sent over for me please, as otherwise I won't have received any funds for the skype session we have agreed to do. Also, even if he changes his mind and requests a refund instead, I am presuming the funds would be debited from my history page at a future date and would then be deducted from a payment to me, so it would be nice to make sure they are actually paid to me in the first place so that I don't lose out if a refund is subsequently made (which I don't expect to happen as he is a regular so I do trust his word when he says he is happy for Skype).
If you could look into this and adjust my payment accordingly I would appreciate it. As at present the funds have been credited to me by A/W but not paid to me by you.
