Streamate & SkyPrivate queries!

Totally confused now.. so would appreciate some clarity on this… basically in another thread on here the other day you stated to me that for SkyPrivate you take 5% … which to me I read as.. the Performer's take home percentage as 70%.... just now I seen this on your Form pages:
"SkyPrivate Forms
UK members signup here. (75% payout + a further 5% = 80% total payout)."
Which is the right 'take home' figure/amount!
Also whilst writing.. Re Streamate:
(1) Which is better to sign up directly with them or sign up via yourselves?
(2) Also if a Performer already has a Streamate account do they have to close that down (with all their feedback etc) and open up a brand new one with yourselves?
(3) And also if a Performer wanted to leave Daily Pay would they have to close down their existing one & start a NEW Streamate profile?.. or would they just be released from the Group…
(4) Assume I'm reading it right that the DP SM fee is still 5%? -- (& that it is the same 5% fee whether you have funds paid Daily, Weekly or as Pay Out on Request)
Sorry I’ve tried reading up on it but just got confused!
