Pay today

Hi I have emailed regarding pay today and yesterday. I was underpaid yesterday and have not been paid today?
Hi, funds on hold while the payout method changed sorry, it takes a while to change it over so put the hold on in case staff sent the funds before it was changed. Will send shortly via new method.
Pay was correct, manual escrow on the 20th that brought the balance down.
