Unable to transfer funds to UK bank account

Hi there,

I've tried to withdraw funds, but when I press submit. It says I can't withdraw more than I have available. Although I have more credits than my minimum withdrawal limit. Please could you help.

Hi, account is set to auto dailypay once over £80.

If you did manage to start a transfer AW will charge 20% extra vat and it would arrive 3 weeks later. (When we do it none of this happens).

It should say "Your Group Manager has disabled your ability to transfer credits. Please contact them for more information.", this is due to the above.

Once over £80 we will automatically send your first payment and anytime after that it will auto send too.

You can lower the minimum amount at anytime.
