PAYOUT REQUEST?? No Pay, No Response, No nothing... what's happening??

Since Saturday 12th Dec, I have sent messages via Skype, filled in a form, sent emails but haven't received nothing at all, Absolutely nothing. This is very stressful as don't know what is happening. Surely a reply doesn't cost a thing but stressing people out costs time and money and unwanted charges that could have been dealt sooner. PLEASE SORT IT OUT

Hi, all sorted at the moment but will reply for others to read if they are stuck.
Old software went down, new software installed and can be accessed here
