Hi I am new to this. Can someone tell me how the vat refund works and is this the 20% that I have been previously paying? I have noticed a few say they have been tefunded on what they've paid previously so should I expect the same as I notice in my credit history I'm still been charged. Thanks

Hi, VAT and the 20% is the same thing yeh.

If you have just joined its nearly 100% certain you are due a refund. A quick check on your account and it looks like you are due a large refund due to that first transfer done when VAT first came out.

We'll have your paperwork filled out shortly and you'll see the refund appear on your credit history page.

They refunded me then took it back scammers and rip off merchants..no response from Twitter,aw or email
