Hi, payout on request aim is 24hours. Request was 22 hours ago from now and funds were sent at 19:52:54 today.

This payout was within normal timings.

Well i requested mine nearly 24hrs ago.. the funds were trans at 19.47pm this evening so left my ae balance.. 3hrs later still not in account.. i feel my moneys in limbo somewhere tried to call.. txt.. skype.. email.. nothing.. i got paif xmas eve and new years DAY all days i wasnt expecting to go thru.. but 2nd jan seems to b problems.. please advise where my credits have been trans to and why taken so long after been taken from balance.. dont het it..

Mine was around the same time as nearly 24hrs ago and taken from ae account just before 8pm.. when will it show in bank account as thats the main thing..

Hi, funds sent late on weekends will generally next day. Recheck in the morning.

Ok but if it has been taken out of my aw balance at 8pm this eve how long can it take to show in my bank as never had to wait this long before.. where ate my credits actually sitting AND earning interest now plz.. (hubby stating that i am paying for a service called dailypay therefore should be as said)...

I also sent the request late FRIDAY night not the weekend. Please advise.. when will b showing..

I didnt do it late on a weekend i done it friday nite / sat morning.. but the actual aw creds.were taken late sat is that what u meant..

Hi, the service is called "The Dailypay Service" but you arent on dailypay, you selected payout on request. You request them and within 24hours the funds are sent, this is exactly what we did.

You requested them on Friday night and we sent them on Saturday night correctly.

The sending time of the UK bank transfer was late on a weekend, eg Saturday, the bank doesnt know you sent the request on a Friday.

We do the AW transfer of credits, then instantly send via the bank. Thats our job role and nothing more. We cannot force the banks to instantly add it to your balance on a Saturday night, we arent Gods here. All we can do is what we are suppose to do, nothing more. Bank transfers use to take a month to arrive so I think a few hours is pretty good.

Ok.. i understand now.. explained to hubby.. i get it a whole lot more.. hopefully can still use you...
