no pay received for a week since i changed username

Hi there, i have not received any pay since the 8th Jan. I changed my username from blondeandpetite to juicyjennylondon and i sent you an email to tell you this. Please' can you check as i have only just checked my bank account and nothing has been received since my name changed. I was told before that a name change doesnt affect my pay but it has. Thanks Emma

I'm kind of dealing with the same. Only I didn't change my name. I'm going out of town in a few days. So I need paid very much.
Feeling stressed as well. It's been a week for me also.

Geez.
I did get one autopay from my Streamate account last week, but haven't worked on there since then.
My AW pay is on request but I put in the request a week ago. Still not one response.
I really need to work but this makes me afraid I won't be able to get the money when I do.
I have not been on dailypay but for some months, but it's always been great until now.
Hope we hear something soon, because ugh....

I also read that a name change shouldn't cause problems.
I haven't changed mine. And we seem to be having similar issues.

There's a tracker that needs activating on each account if you want to be able to change name. Hope it gets sorted for you all soon x

Just got an email this minute saying funds had been sent, thats a relief. Thanks for sorting admin
