Wrong payment

I asked precisely the other day to have my payment put into my bank account in which I responded with my details like you asked. My account has even been changed and you've issued the payment to my payoneer. I asked to have it to my bank . Can I ask why you didn't send it to my bank cos now as usual, I'm shorter cos it charges to load and withdraw and im fed up of it!

Hi, pay wasnt wrong. Pay was correct.
Details updated.
You asked to change it to the bank account, we said yes and asked for the details, we today opened the email and added the details, all is perfectly fine.
Until we reply with "details updated" or similar then the details havent been changed yet.
Request to change bank details from start to finish was 4days. Thats an exceptionally quick time for us to get them changed in.
All we can do this end is to try and improve on those timings.
